How successful business works
Running a successful business is not easy but it is, “simple”. You have to get three things right in order to own a successful company, regardless of your niche or industry. The top 5% of local business owners in EVERY industry get these things right and therefore build incredible companies. The 95% do not get these things right… and therefore, have businesses that range from “just getting by” to failing, which leads to a life of stress and diminished returns. The three things every successful business gets right are:
1. Attract & Convert
This is your marketing. If you do not have a way to consistently get in front of your ideal potential customers at scale & then turn them into actual new sales opportunities- you can never grow consistently. If you can’t grow consistently, you will always be on the rabbit wheel of chasing new customers and having to “start over” on the first of every month. You have to have a consistent way to get your business in front of potential customers every day, and it has to be scaled and conversion focused. Most business owners don’t have their marketing in order and that’s why they don’t have enough potential business and don’t hit revenue growth goals.
2. Convert
This is your sales process. If you do not have a formulaic, consistent, proven and scalable process to turn potential new customers (marketing) into actual new customers (sales conversion) you can never grow a great business. You will be scrapping for what you can get each month and will never grow consistently. You must have a proven process to turn new potential customers into new customers at scale. Most business owners don’t have their sales process in order and that’s why they aren’t as profitable as they should/could be and don’t hit revenue goals.

3. Deliver
